Licensed · Insured · Thermal-equipped
Professional ground shooting for hobby farms, vineyards, horse properties and acreage anywhere on the Mornington Peninsula. Humane, discreet, and done by someone who holds the permits to work close to houses and roads.
What we control
No baits, no poisons, no risk to your dogs or stock. Every animal is identified through a thermal scope before a shot is taken.
Night thermal sessions timed around lambing, kidding and poultry losses. Dens located and mapped for follow-up visits.
Spring & autumn peakSmall-calibre work around warrens, dams and vineyard rows. Warren locations logged so you can rip or fumigate later.
Year-roundFallow, red and hog deer damaging fences, vines and pasture. Carcasses removed or dressed on site where you want the meat.
Game Licence heldPositive ID only. Collared, ear-tagged or neighbouring pets are never targeted, and we work with the Shire's cat rules.
Bush-edge propertiesShooting around stables, hay sheds, chook pens and feed rooms where baits are a danger to dogs, horses and owls.
Bait-freeWhere we work
From Mount Eliza to Portsea and across to Westernport. Night sessions are usually booked within a week of your assessment, and properties close to townships are handled under our Public Place Permit with local police notified before every job.
How it works
Free daytime visit. We walk the boundaries, find sign, map safe firing lanes and neighbours, and agree a plan with you.
Landholder authority signed and police notified. You don't chase anything.
Thermal optics, typically 4 hours from dusk. Every shot taken with a clear backstop and positive identification of the target.
A short tally and a map of dens and warrens the next morning, with a recommendation on whether a repeat visit is worth it.
Who you're dealing with
One licensed operator, not a franchise. You deal with the person who turns up, and the same person every visit.
Common questions
Usually yes. Small blocks near neighbours need a Public Place Permit, which we hold, and the plan is set at a daytime assessment.
Yes, one free night per property. You see the tally and the den map before you pay for anything.
On the Peninsula, yes. Most blocks are too close to neighbours, dogs and public land to lay 1080 or PAPP legally or safely. Shooting is target-specific and leaves nothing in the paddock.
Late winter and spring during lambing and kidding, and again in autumn when the year's cubs disperse. For poultry losses, any time you are losing birds.
Only with a Victoria Police Public Place Permit, which we hold. We also notify the local police station before each session.
